And just for fun, Rodney decided he wanted to test his mettle against what appeared to be a Rubrix cube, but none that he'd ever seen before. However, that wasn't about to stop him from solving it:

It's a MATLAB cube! I got it from the MathWorks booth at a career fair. Hm. I should make sure to pick up more useless junk from those things now.
