I think the universe is trying to tell me something.

Namely, "do not attempt to travel on Dec. 19-20".

At least this time, I got "stranded" at my apartment. After much adventures in phone line customer service (hah. hah. hah.), we'll get to try this again on Tuesday.

Because, uh, yeah. I walked home a little while ago. It's pretty much white-out conditions out there. FUN TIMES.

To everyone else attempting to travel or traveling, good luck and stay safe.

And anyone who's getting nailed by the weather, stay warm and dry.

Yeah. Well, at least I'm at my own place and not stuck in some airport elsewhere. I'm planning on heading over to a friend's who is also stuck, and together we'll have the "Dammit, We're Stranded in Boston" party. With lots of tea and hot chocolate. Hey, it's something.

And at least my brother SOMEHOW managed to get on a flight out tonight to home. I don't know how he did it, but he did. So my parents will at least have one kid home.
