I might have said a month ago that I got suckered into signing up for NaNoWriMo. Yeah, uh, about that. That happened...not so much. Mostly because about 2.5 weeks ago, another friend came up to me and asked for help on getting a tabletop system a mutual friend wrote to work with what he wanted. And so I basically wrote a tabletop system instead of a novel this month. (It's in draft form. Once I finish the GM guide, it's going to need to be playtested. And I'm still not sure I'm entirely happy with the high-level progression. This is why people write splatbooks, isn't it?)
This really only could happen to me.

A few years ago, a friend of mine wrote a tabletop system based on the Persona video game series. Another friend was trying to GM a campaign, but was finding it difficult to do so with that system, especially since he wasn't the original writer. So Friend 2 came to me, and I basically wrote a new edition (jokingly called "4th Ed") to streamline a bunch of things.
There's not a lot left from the original ruleset, to be honest. And the joke name of "4th Edition" isn't much of a joke, seeing as how I adopted the 4E idea of at-will and encounter-powers on cards.
Now that you mention worldbuilding, I should probably write up a small section in the core document about how the Persona-world works, in very broad terms.
I could let you know where to find a copy of the current drafts, though, if you're interested.
