So far, we have telepath!Jack (thus making sure he's ridiculously good at reading people), young!Cyclops!Charlie, young!Shadowcat!Cassie, and pyro!Cadman. (that's a lot of C's...) Janet's the school doc, although badass normal. I think there's also superspeedster!Jonas (more adorable hyperactivity), and I haven't yet figured out Rodney or Ronon.
I know where Teyla is, but still need to figure out Ford and slot Shep definitively one place or another. Elizabeth, of course, is Director of SHILD, dammit. :)
