(will we say what fandom & characters we want, and the 36 are the prompts? that makes sense too)
Yep. You say what fandoms/characters you want (it can totally be crossovers, fusions, and original too), and you'd get one of the 36 as a prompt.
For some strange reason, I've been wanting to randomly yell "STELLAAAA!" for about the last week.
